System updates and continuous process improvement **Responsibilities:** * Monitor vehicles en route using tracking and telematics systems; * Track route compliance, schedules, and mandatory stops; * Identify route deviations, speeding, or risky situations and trigger relevant protocols; * Maintain communication with drivers and provide operational support; * Update internal systems with trip status, incidents, and deliveries; * Support trip scheduling and continuous process improvement.
