Join us to **\#BeHappy at Every Cybersecurity!** **Responsibilities and duties:** * Planning and Governance: Lead the development of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) project, defining and maintaining policies and governance frameworks, and managing schedules and completion strategies; * Analysis and Assessment: Conduct Risk Assessments and Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) to identify vulnerabilities, critical processes, and impacts of disruptions, preparing and presenting reports; * Plan Development: Create and manage the Business Continuity Plan (BCP), Incident Response Plan (IRP), Crisis Management Plan (CMP), Operational Continuity Plan (OCP), Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), and contingency plans; * Testing and Training: Plan and execute Plan Testing and Validation (PTV), assess plan effectiveness, and develop training and awareness programs for teams; * Communication: Prepare executive presentations and reports on the BCM program, communicating risk scenarios, strategies, and status updates to leadership. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** Proven experience in Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, or Information Security, with practical experience in: * BIAs and risk assessments * Development and maintenance of continuity plans * Organization and execution of tests, exercises, and training. **Mandatory certification:** * ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor. **Desirable certifications:** * CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional) * ISO 22301 – Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor.
