This role requires strategic and operational financial management of the company, including budget planning, cost control, and financial analysis. Daily responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing cash flow, conducting audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The professional will directly contribute to financial decision-making aimed at optimizing resources and guiding organizational growth. This is a full-time, on-site position. **Qualifications** * Financial Management: Experience in financial planning, budget control, and cost analysis to support strategic business decisions. * Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis tools, budget forecasting, and financial risk assessment. * Regulation and Auditing: Knowledge of regulatory compliance, accounting practices, and financial auditing. * Leadership and Communication: Team leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments and with stakeholders. * Additional qualifications that will be considered advantageous include experience in the technology or entertainment sector, English fluency, and a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields. * Advanced English proficiency * Critical thinking, positioning, and logical reasoning. * Close collaboration with teams to act as a results-oriented leader. **Advantages** * Experience in the iGaming, startup, or fintech sectors. * Proficiency in dashboards and report consolidation. **What You Need to Excel in This Role** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance. * Solid experience in corporate finance, preferably in agile and innovative environments. * Knowledge of international operations, foreign exchange, and taxes related to remittances. * Proficiency in Excel and financial ERPs, as well as system structuring and implementation. * Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and owner mindset. * Intermediate/Advanced English (mandatory for reading and interacting with international teams). **Our Employment Model** * Employment type: PJ (individual contractor) * Benefits: Bradesco Health and Dental Insurance, Group Life Insurance (in implementation), TotalPass, Birthday Day Off; * Work model: On-site at CCJ Cidade Jardim * Annual bonuses (in implementation); * Dynamic and inclusive environment
