Job Summary: An electrical engineering professional to support implementation activities, risk management, communication, and industrial electrical maintenance with a focus on automation and optimization. SERENG is an engineering company specialized in Projects, Consulting, Management, Technical Support, and Asset Management (Maintenance), serving diverse industrial sectors! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor implementation activities; * Identify, record, mitigate, and address safety risks; * Monitor and update the management communication plan; * Define and implement strategies; * Establish communication methods and dynamics to achieve defined objectives according to the selected communication medium; * Produce supporting materials and presentations; * Maintain and update the Control and Automation Process Optimization Engineering Management portal; * Test and analyze equipment failures and propose solutions; * Read and interpret drawings, standards, and work instructions, as well as develop, update, and suggest improvements to operational procedures; * Prepare reports on performed activities and field inspections; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Active CREA registration) * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Driver's license category B * Residency in Canaã dos Carajás * Proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance: substations, power systems, electrical networks and their components, lighting systems and their components; * Knowledge of SDAI systems is desirable * Experience with CCTV systems, optical fiber, and communication networks is desirable * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Clear and empathetic communication skills. * Proactivity and creativity to propose innovative solutions. * Microsoft Office proficiency * NR10 (SEP) certification **Additional Information** * Health insurance; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Wellhub (GYMPASS) membership.
