Connect the dots, link the results.** **Responsibilities and Duties*** Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and implement digital strategies aligned with organizational objectives, leveraging data analysis to inform strategic decisions. * KPI Definition: Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. * Data Analysis: Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of digital data—including website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, and more—to identify patterns, trends, and relevant insights. * Reporting and Presentations: Prepare periodic digital performance reports, presenting analyses and recommendations to leadership teams and other stakeholders, clearly and concisely communicating achieved results. * Continuous Optimization: Monitor digital performance in real time and implement adjustments and optimizations as needed to improve outcomes and meet established goals. * Tools and Technology Management: Evaluate, implement, and manage digital data analytics tools and technologies, ensuring alignment with business needs and proper team training on their use. * Team Leadership: Manage and develop the digital metrics analysis team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team performance and professional growth. * Identify risks and control actions within core processes under your area to achieve quality objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications*** Proficiency in digital data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python. * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field. * Knowledge of advanced data visualization techniques to effectively communicate insights. * Experience implementing and managing digital data analytics tools and technologies.
