Monitor and participate in the selection process of consulting firms for solution development. Collaborate closely with Project Managers in shared project and initiative management; when no Project Manager is assigned, fully assume this role. Apply the Client’s current project management methodology and supporting management tools. Plan, lead, and participate in necessary meetings throughout the execution of requests. Develop and maintain the delivery plan, including: Schedule Risk matrix Cost control Communication plan Ensure delivery of documentation required by the Client’s methodology, per project phase, by the contracted consulting firm. Facilitate and monitor alignment with interfacing areas (business, access management, support, infrastructure, etc.). Plan and monitor execution of integrated testing, ensuring generation of required evidence. Manage and monitor correction of defects identified during testing. Plan and monitor training for key users and the Client’s support team. Plan and monitor preparation of the production environment for go-live. Monitor defect and correction management during assisted operations. Participate in the Client’s Project Portfolio meetings. Manage multiple concurrent projects and requests, ensuring appropriate prioritization **Requirements:** Required Knowledge The candidate must possess strong skills in: Leadership Communication Negotiation Problem solving Time and priority management In addition to experience in projects and requests within the corporate areas mentioned.
