




**Description:** **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering or related fields. **Requirements:** Experience as a construction manager in hydroelectric power plants, small hydropower plants (SHPs), large hydropower plants (LHPPs), or energy sector projects. Experience in modernization, retrofit, maintenance, or electromechanical installation projects. Knowledge of contract management, construction planning, cost control, and risk management. Familiarity with planning tools. Willingness to work on-site at the hydroelectric power plant construction site. **Preferred Qualifications:** Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar). Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related fields. PMP or similar certifications. **Mission:** Plan, organize, and control activities, contracts, work teams, and resources for construction execution, in accordance with established cost, quality, safety, and schedule requirements. **Responsibilities:** Plan, coordinate, and monitor all phases of the hydroelectric power plant modernization project, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements. Manage internal and contracted teams, ensuring integration among engineering, procurement, QSMS (Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment), operations, and other involved departments. Monitor physical progress of construction, validate measurements, track performance indicators, and propose corrective actions when necessary. Ensure compliance with technical standards, applicable legislation, and environmental requirements. Conduct alignment meetings with clients, designers, and suppliers. Perform risk analyses, propose technical solutions, and support decision-making. Manage contracts, scope changes, schedules, and execution plans. Represent the company to the client, maintaining transparent and professional relationships. Support the Quality Policy by ensuring compliance with quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental standards and procedures. Properly use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and collective protective equipment (CPE), ensuring individual and collective protection in the workplace, in accordance with company regulations. 2512180202551872939
