We are seeking a Constructibility Coordinator to act as the liaison among engineering, planning, and construction, ensuring that designed solutions are executable, safe, and efficient—from paper to field. **Your challenge here** Ensure that what is specified in engineering and digital models can actually be built in practice, anticipating constructability risks and proposing technically viable solutions—with a focus on safety, schedule, cost, and productivity. **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct constructability analyses of engineering solutions and projects; * Perform execution-oriented engineering reviews, considering construction methods, access, sequencing, and productivity; * Act at the interface between engineering, planning, and construction; * Identify constructability risks, bottlenecks, and inconsistencies with field reality; * Propose technically viable solutions aligned with safety, schedule, and cost; * Assess constructability impacts on schedule, cost, and productivity, supporting technical decisions; * Adopt a preventive approach, anticipating constructability risks from early project phases; * Support the definition of construction methods and execution strategies; * Document and disseminate constructability-related lessons learned. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory requirements:** * Degree in Civil, Production, or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Minimum 12 (twelve) years of solid field experience, including at least 10 (ten) years in industrial construction; * Ability to interpret civil, mechanical, electrical, and/or industrial drawings with an execution focus; * Experience in constructability analysis and construction methods; * Technical interface with construction, engineering, and planning teams. **What we expect from you:** * Practical vision and sense of reality; * Clear and objective communication; * Ability to influence and coordinate; * Firm yet collaborative technical stance; * Solution-oriented mindset; * Decision-making under pressure; * Collaboration and ownership mindset; * Adaptability and emotional maturity. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with industrial shutdowns; construction in operating plants; high-operational-criticality environments; * Participation in pre-construction engineering reviews or technical analyses; * Experience in environments integrating engineering, planning, and construction. **Additional information** * 44 (forty-four) hours per week work schedule; * Willingness to travel; * Employment type to be agreed upon; * Hybrid work model; * Remuneration to be agreed upon; * Meal allowance; * Dental plan; * Wellhub + Conexa Saúde (formerly Gympass); * Group life insurance.
