**Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Active and valid registration with the Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy (CREA). * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supervision and inspection of civil construction projects, or equivalent experience in the field. **Specific Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced Office suite (Excel and MS Project). * Proficiency in CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD or Revit). * In-depth knowledge of structural calculations, hydraulics, and foundations. * Knowledge of construction legislation, technical standards (ABNT), and occupational safety regulations (NRs). * Solid understanding of engineering project management (PMBOK or similar methodology). * Construction budgeting, ABC curve, and cost management. Construction materials and advanced construction techniques. **Skills:** * Ability to organize and interpret complex technical drawings and data. * Leadership, coordination, and field team management skills. * Clear and objective technical communication with clients, suppliers, and team members. **Attitudes:** * Uncompromising focus on safety, quality, and technical compliance. * Technical responsibility and professional ethics. * Proactivity in identifying and resolving on-site technical issues. * Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic, high-risk environments. **Note** * Preference for candidates residing in **Pirapozinho/SP**. * **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, 07:00–17:00; Friday, 07:00–16:00. **Key Responsibilities:** **Daily:** * Supervise construction progress on-site, verifying compliance with project specifications and safety standards. * Review the site diary, reporting any schedule deviations or urgent technical issues to management. * Monitor material usage and workforce performance, proposing short-term operational adjustments. **Weekly:** * Prepare physical\-financial progress reports for construction projects, comparing actual versus planned performance. * Coordinate planning and occupational safety meetings with construction teams and subcontractors. * Analyze and categorize construction costs and expenses, identifying key drivers of budget variance. * Forecast inputs and resources required for the upcoming week’s work. **Monthly:** * Conduct measurements of services performed by suppliers and subcontractors, certifying quality and compliance for payment purposes. * Participate in the preparation and review of budgets for ongoing construction projects, providing technical data and information for forecasting. * Prepare the monthly construction closure report, including detailed technical and financial performance analyses for the period. **Occasionally:** * Perform technical and financial feasibility analyses for complex engineering projects. * Assist in preparing technical proposals for tenders or clients. * Participate in executive board meetings for strategic project planning discussions.
