




Description: We are looking for a Business Process Consultant (BPC) to work on ServiceNow projects for an award-winning global consulting firm, recognized for IT strategy, implementation, management, and optimization of technology platforms. The professional will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to map business needs, propose solutions, and ensure value delivery through ServiceNow best practices. Requirements * Review, analyze, and assess processes, systems, and business and user requirements. * Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, design processes, and identify gaps. * Document processes, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Identify process improvement opportunities (efficiency and effectiveness), proposing solutions with risk analysis and pros/cons evaluation. * Translate customer needs into clear user stories for the technical team and support sprint planning. * Monitor solution development, ensuring alignment between business areas and the technical team. * Communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences to facilitate decision-making. * Recommend and apply ServiceNow best practices across all processes. Minimum Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields. * Experience in requirements gathering, process design, and functional documentation projects. * Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow (in any of the following products: ITSM, CSM, SPM, FSM, ITOM, or App Engine). * Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum). * Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship skills. Desirable * CSA and CIS certifications. * Experience in digital transformation projects focused on automation and efficiency. * Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking). * Experience in international projects. * Prior experience in global consulting or multicultural environments.
