An engineering and construction management company is seeking a Budget Engineer in Caieiras. **Responsibilities:** Prepare budgets for civil works and building installations. Perform quantity takeoffs based on drawings, descriptive specifications, and technical scopes. Analyze civil, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, HVAC, fire prevention and suppression, and other complementary engineering disciplines. Develop direct and indirect cost compositions, considering BDI (Burden, Overhead, and Profit), social charges, and labor laws. Obtain quotations from suppliers and contractors, negotiating delivery schedules and commercial terms. Balance technical and commercial proposals. Support risk analysis, assumptions, exclusions, and commercial conditions of budgets. Prepare budget spreadsheets, technical and commercial proposals. Maintain an updated price database aligned with market practices and values. Previous experience as a Cost Engineer, Budget Analyst, Budget Planning Specialist, or Project Engineer may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
