Addressing customers' specific requirements **About DHL** --------------- Job Mission: Ensure support for road and air transportation operations, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, documentary compliance, and accommodation of customers' specific requirements, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and service quality.**Job Description** --------------------- Support for Air Operations Team: Assist with tasks related to the issuance and verification of freight drafts. Release vehicles for loading. Conduct PGR (Risk Management Plan) inquiries. Arrange vehicle procurement for operations requested outside the regular schedule. Assist in cargo routing, ensuring deadline compliance and operational optimization.**Requirements** -------------- Process organization and control. Analytical ability. Agility in problem resolution. Clear and objective communication. Knowledge of transportation operational systems (TMS, GV, Benner, etc.).**Responsibilities** --------------------- Main Responsibilities: Monitor daily operational scheduling, ensuring traffic release to meet delivery deadlines. Address each customer's specific requirements, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and contractual requirements. Handle various documentation (freight drafts, CT\-e, proof of delivery, returns, etc.). Monitor pickup requests, return processes, lost shipments, and claims. Track and manage proof of delivery (POD). Operate and manage the client’s integrated system. Conduct PGR (Risk Management Plan) inquiries. Arrange vehicle procurement for operations requested outside the regular schedule.
