Deliver Quality training and conduct 5S audits **Description** Ensure smooth operation of the Quality Management System by supporting the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of daily routine management across UGBs. **Organizational Culture** Focus on results by monitoring, presenting, and supporting the company to achieve its proposed goals, as well as all UGB processes; Embody the company’s organizational culture by understanding its Mission, Vision, and Values; Pursue continuous improvement of one’s own processes, fulfilling SGQ objectives and departmental procedures; **Technical Activities** Support maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System; Carry out daily routine management of the Quality UGB; Monitor UGB facilitators; Verify updates to UGB visual management boards and assist in updating them whenever necessary; Assist the Quality Manager in internal audits of the Quality Management System; Support nonconformance control and risk and opportunity management; Support SGQ process mapping and flowchart development; Deliver Quality training; Conduct 5S program audits and training; Organize and archive SGQ documents; **Requirements** Completed High School education Preferred: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Managerial Processes, or related fields; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
