After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage internal documentation and records, analyzing and validating documents published in the system to ensure standardization. * Manage the lifecycle of internal documents, monitoring the validity periods of departmental documents. * Ensure effective management of the document system, pursuing continuous improvement and implementing necessary adjustments. * Implement routine management across departments, supporting the development of Business Descriptions, Control and Verification Indicators, Logbooks, and Routine Schedules. * Organize and deliver training on Management Guidelines, the Facilitator Program, and other initiatives, ensuring knowledge dissemination and process compliance. Monitor routine management, aligning it with corporate strategy and promoting continuous improvement: * Provide technical support to departments as needed for problem-solving methodologies. * Support and monitor implementation of the Excellence System, ensuring adherence to the schedule and evaluating and monitoring processes to identify and correct deviations that could jeopardize the project. * Assess departmental adherence levels to the Excellence System through internal assessments and follow-ups. * Support facilitators in the 5S and Lean methodologies. * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource conservation, in compliance with the company’s SSMA policies, including awareness of environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarity with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields; * Knowledge of MES and SYD systems is desirable; * Knowledge of Problem Analysis and Resolution (PDCA) is desirable; * Knowledge of Work Instructions and Procedures is desirable; * Knowledge of Quality Tools (MASP / 8D / A3) is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is desirable; * Knowledge of Process Mapping and Redesign is desirable; * Green Belt Certification is desirable. **Worth noting:** Working hours from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday **Unit-Specific Benefits:** **Itapissuma:** * Chartered bus service or transportation allowance to facilitate your daily commute **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
