Analysis of structured operations (CRI and Entrepreneur Plan) We seek an analytical professional with strategic vision to operate at the interface between engineering and financial markets, with strong expertise in physical-financial control of construction projects and monitoring of structured operations (CRI and Entrepreneur Plan). **Key Responsibilities** * Strategically manage construction project control and management, ensuring reliability of physical-financial information; * Lead critical analysis of physical and financial measurements, ensuring alignment between executed progress and disbursements; * Monitor physical-financial schedules, identifying deviations and implementing action plans; * Conduct analyses of physical vs. financial vs. disbursement mismatches, assessing impacts on cash flow; * Analyze construction budgets (costs, CUB, SINAPI, comparative method, and assumptions); * Monitor structured operations (CRI and Entrepreneur Plan); * Track indicators such as guarantee ratio, collateral evolution, disbursement curve, and project cash flow; * Monitor covenants and contractual obligations with securitization companies and financial institutions; * Assess technical and financial risks, proposing mitigation actions; * Prepare executive reports and materials for investors and stakeholders; * Interface with developers, contractors, and other agents, facilitating technical alignments and follow-ups. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Solid experience in planning, control, and management of construction projects; * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory), with strong analytical capability; * Experience with physical-financial schedules; * Experience in analyzing physical-financial mismatches; * Experience in budget analysis; * Knowledge of CRI and Entrepreneur Plan; * Familiarity with concepts such as covenants, guarantees, and structured cash flow; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders; * Critical, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in project management firms, securitization companies, or real estate developers; * Experience preparing investor reports and dashboards; * Postgraduate degree in related fields (engineering, planning, finance, etc.).
