Job Summary: Supervision of operational and regulatory processes for an RBAC 135 certified air taxi company, ensuring compliance with ANAC and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Familiarity with the aeronautical management system CAVOK Brasil Vida Air Taxi – RBAC 135 Operations We are seeking an **Air Operations Supervisor** to join our team at Brasil Vida Air Taxi, certified under **RBAC 135**, conducting executive and aeromedical operations. The professional will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the company’s operational and regulatory processes, ensuring compliance with ANAC requirements, applicable aeronautical legislation, and internal operational safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor processes and requests with **ANAC** (certification, amendments, official letters, regulatory updates, etc.); * Control and monitor expiration dates of: * Technical qualifications; * CHT; * CMA; * Periodic training; * Medical examinations and check flights; * Issue and maintain updated expiration lists and control reports; * Update and maintain crew member records and dossiers; * Supervise the preparation and implementation of the **flight schedule**, ensuring compliance with: * RBAC 135; * RBAC 117 (operational differences); * Aeronauta Law (Law No. 13\.475/2017\); * Support fatigue risk management and duty time control; * Keep information up-to-date in the aeronautical management system; * Support internal and external audits; * Interact with other departments within the company. **Mandatory Requirements** * Prior experience in an RBAC 135 airline (air taxi); * Solid knowledge of regulations: * RBAC 135; * RBAC 117 (operational differences); * Aeronauta Law (Law 13\.475/2017\); * Experience in controlling crew qualifications and expiration dates; * Knowledge of ANAC regulatory processes; * Proficiency in preparing and controlling flight schedules according to legal limits; * Strong organizational skills, sense of priority, and attention to detail; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially EXCEL and WORD). **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with the aeronautical management system **CAVOK**; * Experience in executive and/or aeromedical operations; * Knowledge of Safety Management System (SMS); * Experience in ANAC audits; * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Aviation, Business Administration, Aeronautical Management, or related fields; * Technical aviation English (desirable). **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical and organized profile; * Proactivity; * Ability to work under pressure; * Regulatory accountability; * Ethics and professional conduct. **Employment Type and Location** * Employment type: (CLT) * Work location: Goiânia/GO (Brasil Vida Hangar – Santa Genoveva Airport) * Availability for on-site work.
