Identify failures and propose improvements ALC & Pereira Filho Transportes is seeking an analytical, proactive, and challenge-loving professional to join our Loss Prevention team, directly contributing to operational logistics excellence and customer satisfaction. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Investigate PNR (Paid but Not Received) incidents and lost packages (LOR) \- Analyze delivery evidence (Ticketeira); \- Monitor KPIs and prepare reports; \- Identify process failures and propose improvements; \- Collaborate with Operations and Transportation teams. REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; \- Experience in logistics, transportation, e-commerce, or related areas; \- Analytical, organized profile with excellent problem-solving skills; \- Strong verbal and written communication skills; \- Intermediate Excel proficiency. ADDITIONAL ASSETS: Experience with Mercado Livre operations (PNR, LOR, Ticketeira), Power BI, or risk management/investigation activities.
