Sales Representative

We are seeking an organized, communicative, and results-oriented professional to work as a BDC / Sales Representative. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building long-lasting client relationships, and overseeing the entire sales process—from initial contact through project completion. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and customer-service-oriented environment. Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions * Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow up on leads * Oversee the entire sales process until project completion * Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accurate project execution * Maintain up-to-date records of clients, payments, and sales activities * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets * Issue invoices and track deposit and final balance payments * Conduct consistent follow-up to encourage new business and sustain long-term relationships * Serve as the primary point of communication between the client and the design team—especially for vehicle wrap projects * Ensure clear and continuous communication until final design approval * Collaborate with the administrative team to monitor schedules, project progress, and installation or delivery appointments Qualifications * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational and process-tracking abilities * Proficiency in client interaction and problem resolution * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or BDC is a plus * Familiarity with CRM systems and administrative tools is desirable Additional Information Payments for products and services are typically split into two stages: 50% deposit upon order placement and the remaining balance upon project completion. The professional will be responsible for issuing invoices and tracking payments within established deadlines. Success in this role depends on excellent communication, consistent follow-up, and the ability to build enduring client relationships. Compensation: R$3.500,00 – R$4.500,00 per month Work Location: Remote
