Assist in assigning responsibilities for tasks based on the issue reported in each service request and certify technical visits to ensure proper service execution; Assist in defining tools, equipment, materials, and labor required for proper service execution and optimal cost-efficiency; Manage departmental assets, such as replacement parts, tools, and equipment necessary for service delivery; Monitor service request completion deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction; Prepare presentations with unit-based cost indicators, response time metrics, and number of service requests. Approve first-level contracts/purchase orders generated for supplier payments. Generate measurements in the third-party service management system. Be accountable for costs, deadlines, and quality of executed services. Analyze monthly Technical Assistance costs, classifying them according to predefined categories. Analyze recurring pathologies and provide feedback to the company regarding corrective actions to prevent their recurrence. Ensure achievement of departmental goals through response-time and customer satisfaction (NPS) indicators.
