**What you will do:** * Customer service and support for daily store operations. * Organization, restocking, and maintenance of inventory and sales area. * **Active support and participation in Live Shops** and creation of social media content. * Assistance in online and in-person customer support and service. **The profile we seek:** * **"Hands-on" profile:** Quick, agile, and highly proactive. * **Communication and Confidence:** Availability and strong ease to support our live broadcasts (Live Shop). * **Flexibility:** Flexible schedule to support and participate in Live events. * Organized and able to work effectively in a team. **What we offer:** * **Salary:** Minimum commercial wage. * **Transportation Allowance (VT):** Paid in cash. * **Meal Allowance (VA):** Paid in cash (R$ 350.00 per month). * **Performance Bonus + Attendance Bonus:** * **Probation Period:** R$ 250.00 (upon meeting goals and criteria). * **After Probation:** R$ 500.00 (upon meeting goals and criteria).
