What matters most is your passion for challenges, ability to work well in teams, alignment with our culture and mission to connect every Brazilian to their own universe. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate, support, and evolve applications running on Kubernetes clusters (EKS). * Design, maintain, and evolve Helm templates with focus on standardization, reusability, security, and scalability. * Implement DevSecOps practices from design through production, including: * Automating secure, continuous deployments using GitOps (e.g., ArgoCD). * Ensuring application high availability, resilience, and reliability. * Partnering closely with development teams. * Implementing and evolving SLI/SLO-oriented monitoring, metrics, and alerts. * Managing critical incidents, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and facilitating blameless post-mortems. * Reducing operational toil through automation and continuous improvement. * Promoting DevOps, SRE, and DevSecOps culture across engineering teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields. **Advanced Kubernetes experience:** * Deployments, StatefulSets, DaemonSets * Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps, and Secrets * RBAC and Network Policies * Solid experience with Helm for application packaging and versioning. * Practical experience evolving Helm templates with emphasis on governance and security. * Experience with container vulnerability and security scanning tools (e.g., Trivy, Clair, or similar). **Cloud** * Advanced cloud knowledge, preferably AWS **Networking & Protocols** * Strong knowledge of: TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and connectivity troubleshooting **Automation & Languages** * Strong track record eliminating manual tasks via automation. **CI/CD & GitOps** * Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions. * Experience with GitOps model (ArgoCD or similar). **Observability** * Experience with monitoring and telemetry (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch or similar). * Definition and tracking of SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets. **Operating Systems** * Advanced Linux expertise, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and resource analysis. **SRE Practices (Mandatory)** * Reliability- and metric-driven management. * Systematic reduction of toil. * Facilitation of blameless post-mortems. * Balance between delivery speed, stability, and security. **Additional Information** **Desirable** * Experience applying FinOps practices to Kubernetes and cloud environments. * Certifications related to Kubernetes, cloud, or security. * Experience in mission-critical and large-scale environments. * Knowledge of Elastic ecosystem solutions. * Prior experience as a technical reference or mentor for engineering teams.
