**We are looking for someone who dares to take the lead with us.** **Responsibilities and duties:** * Map and analyze coupling points between legacy modules and the new platform, ensuring an efficient system transition * Develop functional and technical plans, defining assumptions and identifying enablers for integration * Understand the architecture of the new solution and the structure of legacy technical modules, including Java monoliths on WebLogic * Support the definition of migration strategies and the development of integrations between the new platform and legacy systems **Requirements and qualifications:** * Experience leading technical teams * Generalist profile with a broad understanding of system architecture and technology integration * Strategic planning ability to design scalable solutions and manage migration activities * Experience in systems analysis, performing diagnostics and process optimization in complex environments * Experience developing with Java, React, Spring Boot, and Azure * Ability to interpret, maintain, and evolve legacy code **Additional information:** * Want more well-being?
