We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Consultant focused on results and possessing excellent communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting proactive and reactive sales entirely remotely (via phone/WhatsApp), providing consultation on contractual review services and interest rate reduction. Don’t worry if you’re unfamiliar with the contractual review market: we offer comprehensive, specialized training on our products and argumentation techniques. Key Responsibilities \* Provide customer service via telephone and digital channels. \* Identify customer needs and present optimal solutions for contractual review and abusive interest rates. \* Negotiate and close service provision contracts. \* Enter customer interaction details and history into our internal system. \* Achieve individual and team sales targets.
