Currently, we manage 19 units across the state — including 4 Fogo & Mar units in Campinas and 15 Expressa units distributed throughout the region and state capital. MTO is passionate about great food and motivated to offer and share wonderful moments! **Job Opening: Purchasing Assistant** **Your Daily Menu:** Assist with purchasing beverages and other supplies used across units, performing tasks such as: issuing purchase orders; updating and controlling consumption spreadsheets; monitoring delivery deadlines; verifying invoices and requested quantities; contacting suppliers; requesting quotations; and comparing prices. Also support administrative routines within the department, ensuring organized task management, timely restocking, and assistance to the lead purchaser. **Ingredients We’re Looking For:** Completed high school education.
