These principles reflect our mindset and approach to the market. **About the Role:** * Procures non-pharmaceutical products, HPC (perfumery, dermocosmetics, etc.), and consumables; * Evaluates inventory levels and demand; * Receives purchase requests; * Executes quotation and commercial negotiation processes; * Monitors delivery flow; * Prepares reports and serves as liaison between the company and suppliers; * Performs daily reconciliation of purchase orders and invoices. * Verifies, for all purchases, whether ordered quantities and negotiated commercial terms have been fulfilled; * Maintains and monitors inventory, considering ABC classification, demand, and/or absolute minimum stock levels; * Conducts weekly price monitoring and adjustments based on current purchasing conditions; * Transfers excess inventory between branches whenever necessary to optimize stock levels; **Responsibilities:** * Familiarity with the ALPHA7 system and its procurement-related functionalities; * Ensures inventory of resale products and consumables remains up-to-date per the procurement plan; * Conducts monthly transfers of short-shelf-life items between branches; * Maintains updated product, supplier, and manufacturer master data;
