Join a modern, applied, and global company — part of the SEB Group. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage Harven’s online course platform (e.g., posting content, generating reports, etc.) * Assist participants with questions regarding platform access or course-related issues * Support the management of clients’ course platforms * Help develop and update rankings * Organize mailing of materials via postal service * Send announcements and invitations to course participants * Support preparation of training materials * Assist project leaders in executing and monitoring project activities * Perform registrations and updates of information in internal systems **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be organized * Be communicative * Possess a collaborative team spirit * Be committed * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite * Familiar with digital tools * Strong written Portuguese skills **Additional Information** **Position located in Ribeirão Preto/SP.** With six decades of pioneering leadership in education, the SEB Group has established itself as a vibrant, multicultural, global community grounded in educational excellence.
