Barueri \- SP Presential 1 Position Effective \- CLT Assistant Full time We are looking for an Apprentice with interest in the Human Resources field, organized, proactive, and committed, to support us in training, onboarding, and marketing initiatives. **Main responsibilities** * Support the marketing team in administrative and operational routines; * Assist in creating and organizing social media content, campaigns, and institutional materials; * Support monitoring of posting calendars and promotional activities; * Update spreadsheets, reports, and internal controls; * Assist in customer and partner engagement via digital channels; * Support event, campaign, and outreach activity organization; * Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor analysis; * Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and brand communication; * Assist in tracking basic social media and digital campaign metrics. **Requirements** * Completed High School education; * Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and willingness to learn; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred qualification** * Basic knowledge of Canva. **Desired competencies:** * Creativity; * Commitment; * Responsibility; * Agility; * Interest in digital trends and communication. **Work schedule** * 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM; * Monday to Friday. ### **Requirements** ##### **Studies** High School (2nd Degree) ### **About BIOMEGA MEDICINA** Biomega grows every day, and all employees are trained to deliver excellence in our laboratory services, uphold the highest quality standards with a focus on diagnostic clarity, and provide our customers with secure and fast results.
