Description

Assist in nesting programming, pattern organization, preparation of cutting orders, and operation of manual or automated systems. Perform fabric spreading, verify technical data, sort and identify cut components, organize batches according to the technical sheet, and support distribution of parts to sewing. Also contribute to supporting operational activities such as component replenishment, order verification, folding, and packaging. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Basic knowledge of cutting, spreading, and nesting * Ability to support textile cutting processes through simple manual spreading techniques, pattern placement, and fabric marking (nesting), ensuring correct material alignment for industrial cutting. * Handling of fabrics and components * Skill in handling various types of fabrics and components (interlinings, trimmings), performing movements carefully and systematically. Includes handling lightweight, heavyweight, or elastic fabrics without compromising material integrity. * Familiarity with technical sheets and production orders * Ability to understand and follow operational instructions contained in technical sheets and production orders, such as color identification, sizes, components, and assembly sequence of parts. * Organization of sewing packages * Knowledge of practices for separating and assembling packages for production. Includes grouping cut components by style, size, or color, numbering parts, and routing them according to the production flow.
