Job Summary: Cold Section Supervisor responsible for inspecting cold storage rooms, monitoring organization and cleanliness, and preparing the cold handling room to ensure quality standards. Removal of products with critical or expired dates Supermarket seeks a Cold Section Supervisor in Fortaleza. Guará Supermarket is a supermarket chain offering a wide variety of food and non-food products. With a focus on quality and customer service, it aims to provide a satisfying shopping experience. **Responsibilities:** Inspect cold and frozen storage rooms to check for fallen products; monitor the organization and cleanliness of premises and goods to ensure compliance with regulatory and Guará standards. Prepare the cold handling room (turning on the cutting machine and display case lights), observing labels on cut cold items and in-house production to guarantee departmental operation, as well as eliminating potentially problematic products with critical or expired dates. Position located in Fortaleza / CE.
