Handle internal requests with a focus on organization, accuracy, prioritization, and adherence to SLAs. Analyze and verify data, records, and systemic and documentary information, ensuring consistency and quality of information. Update, monitor, and log requests in internal systems, ensuring control and traceability of actions taken. Interpret interaction histories, supporting materials, and contextual information to appropriately manage requests. Ensure proper execution of processes, preventing inconsistencies, rework, and operational impacts. Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement in operational workflows and internal routine organization. ### **Requirements:** * Prior experience in backoffice, administrative, operational, or support roles * Experience in high-volume request environments with SLA tracking and control * Knowledge of or familiarity with internal systems, CRM, or management tools * Experience in data, record, or information analysis and verification * Experience in call center or customer service operations focused on internal support * Use of artificial intelligence tools, such as Copilot, to assist with analysis, organization, and documentation of information * Preferred: Previous experience in backoffice or administrative functions, and familiarity with internal systems and operational support tools
