Job Summary: We are seeking a fashion-loving professional to evaluate, select, and price secondhand clothing items, maintaining quality standards and trend awareness. Key Highlights: 1. Identification of authenticity and quality of items We are looking for a professional passionate about fashion who is well-versed in brands, trends, and garment quality. The role involves evaluating, selecting, and pricing items arriving at the thrift store, ensuring the inventory maintains Burguesinha’s standards. Responsibilities: Evaluate clothing, bags, shoes, and accessories received for purchase Identify brands, collections, materials, and authenticity of items Assess condition of preservation and identify necessary repairs Classify and price items according to quality, demand, and market value Register approved items in the system and inventory Maintain clear and courteous communication with customers and suppliers. Requirements: Knowledge of fashion and major brands (national and international) Ability to detect counterfeits and recognize fabric quality and finish Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility Strong communication skills and friendliness in customer service Experience in thrift stores, fashion retail, or curation is a plus Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM One Saturday off per month Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2.100,00 - R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
