This professional will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing initiatives involving digital educational solutions, ensuring integration among pedagogical, technological, and administrative areas. This role requires strategic vision, project management capability, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring initiatives are delivered with quality, within established timelines, and aligned with institutional, student, and teacher needs. **How You Will Contribute to Our Team:** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects related to educational technology platforms and solutions. * Establish schedules, priorities, and workflows for ongoing projects. * Coordinate collaboration among pedagogical, technological, administrative teams, and external partners. * Monitor project metrics and outcomes, proposing improvements when necessary. * Lead innovation initiatives aimed at improving educational tools and processes. * Oversee the development and implementation of new features and functionalities in educational platforms. * Ensure alignment between developed solutions and the institution’s pedagogical needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect You to Know:** * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Technology, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in project management or coordination. * Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams. * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Experience and knowledge in **Artificial Intelligence**, **data analysis**, and **market research**. * Familiarity with **educational digital platforms** or learning environments. * Knowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, or similar). **Purpose of the Role** To lead strategic projects that strengthen the development and evolution of educational technology platforms, contributing to innovation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of the educational experience. **Additional Information** **Why Work Here?
