You will assist the chef in ingredient preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, and ensure everything is ready for production. **Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:** * Assisting in initial ingredient preparation (peeling, cutting, etc.). * Maintaining kitchen and utensil cleanliness and organization. * Monitoring inventory and pantry levels, reporting restocking needs. * Performing simple kitchen tasks following the chef's instructions. * Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient service. **What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):** **Essential Requirements:** * Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately. * Proactivity and strong communication skills with the team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in kitchens, even if brief. **What We Offer:** * Salary above market average. * Transportation Allowance and Dental Plan. * On-site meals and Meal Voucher. * Access to free courses through our corporate university. * Real career advancement opportunities. **Additional Information:** * Employment Type: CLT * Work Location: Mestre Álvaro Shopping Center * Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off rotation. * Working Hours: To be determined Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.825,00 – R$2.100,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Experience: * Restaurant experience (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
