You will be responsible for ensuring that every meal served meets our brand’s unmistakable standards of quality, hygiene, taste, aroma, and presentation, while also supporting team coordination. **Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:** * Preparing food according to the nutritional standards of the chain, ensuring excellence in meal presentation and taste. * Inspecting equipment and utensil sanitation, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. * Assisting in material requisition and managing ingredient stock/inventory to minimize waste and control costs. **What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):** **Essential Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Cook and excellence in culinary skills. * In-depth knowledge of Food Safety and hygiene standards. * Excellent time management to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. **Preferred Qualifications (What Will Make Our Eyes Sparkle):** * Prior experience in self-service restaurants. * Ability to innovate by creating new dishes and improving existing recipes. **What We Offer:** * Salary above market average. * Transportation Allowance and Dental Plan. * On-site meals and Meal Voucher. * Access to free courses through our corporate university. * Real opportunities for growth. **Additional Information:** * **Employment Type:** CLT * **Work Location:** Mestre Álvaro Shopping * **Schedule:** 6x1 rotation. * **Working Hours:** To be arranged * **Job Type:** Permanent CLT Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.400,00 - R$3.300,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Experience: * Restaurant (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
