Cultural immersion in cooperative units Description The **C.Vale Leaders Development Program / Inputs and Grains Unit Manager Immersion**, also known as the Management Trainee Program, is a cultural immersion initiative across C.Vale’s Inputs and Grains Units. By participating in this program, you will experience a process lasting up to 06 months in one or more C.Vale Units, requiring flexibility to relocate between cities or regions. From selection through development, we consider each professional’s individual characteristics, offering a personalized development path. The program provides challenging experiences for professionals at varying levels of maturity and experience, preparing\-them successfully for leadership roles.
