If you possess an analytical profile, strategic vision, and thrive on challenges, join our team! **Main Responsibilities:** * Join the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team, supporting from the implementation phase of strategic controller through to the final construction of the customer management model; * Participate in developing financial models for creating clients' business plans, including scenario analyses and economic\-financial feasibility assessments of projects; * Support the preparation of managerial, financial, operational\/logistics, commercial\/marketing, and HR information, aimed at performance analysis to assist clients in their recurring decision-making process; * Participate in building and monitoring clients' business budgets\/forecasts; * Review and implement improvements to internal processes and controls; * Monitor actions derived from the above stages using tools such as 5W2H, OKR, etc. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactive, resilient, critical\-thinking, analytical, and eager to learn; * Basic\/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI and other analytics tools are a plus. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday (hybrid schedule) **Benefits:** * Gympass * Meal allowance * Health insurance **Send your resume to email: contato@valonconsult.com.br** **Subject line: STRATEGIC CONTROLLER TRAINEE \| RAO** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
