Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives Technical Recruiter (Remote Brazil) **Location:** Brazil (Remote) **Employment Type:** Contract **Department:** Talent Acquisition / People Ops About the Role We're looking for a **Technical Recruiter** based in Brazil to help us scale our engineering and technical teams globally. In this role, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top tech talent in a fast\-paced, remote\-first environment. What You'll Do * Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Data, Product, etc.) * Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities * Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels * Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews * Coordinate interview processes across time zones and ensure a great candidate experience * Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) * Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives * Track and report recruiting metrics (time\-to\-hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates) What We're Looking For * 2\+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter * Proven experience hiring for technical roles in software or technology companies * Strong understanding of technical stacks, roles, and hiring market trends * Experience recruiting in a remote or distributed team environment * Excellent communication and stakeholder\-management skills * Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously * Fluent in **Portuguese** and **English** (written and spoken) Nice to Have * Experience recruiting for international or global teams * Familiarity with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, etc.) * Knowledge of Brazilian and international hiring practices Why Join Us * 100% remote work from anywhere in Brazil * Work with a global, collaborative team * Competitive compensation and benefits * Opportunity to make a real impact as the company scales
