**Position: Social Media** Agência Reesult is growing and we are looking for a person to join our team! We are looking for a Social Media professional who enjoys strategy, organization, and content production, and who wants to closely follow clients from planning to content publication. **Main responsibilities** \* Conduct onboarding meetings with new clients. \* Study the niche and market of each client. \* Develop marketing strategies and content planning. \* Create briefings for photo and video shoots. \* Build monthly content grids. \* Request tasks from designers and monitor the production flow in Trello. \* Strategic copywriter. \* Edit the videos that will be posted. \* Review content, request changes when necessary, and manage the approval process with clients. \* Schedule posts on social media. **Requirements** \* Experience with Social Media/Marketing. \* Good writing and organization skills. \* Knowledge of content strategy for Instagram. \* Experience with simple video editing. \* Ability to deal with clients and work in a team. \* Proactivity and good management of demands. **Compensation** Payment is made per client served. \* R$ 300.00 per client/month, initially. Each client has a plan of 3 or 4 weekly publications, varying between reels, graphics, and carousels. As the client portfolio grows, your compensation also increases. We work completely remotely.
