We are looking for a dedicated, courteous, and committed individual to join the launch of a new project. Our office will open next month, and during this initial phase, the professional will work directly with a single person in a close-knit, collaborative environment offering significant growth opportunities with Veri Semijoias. We value a harmonious workplace where respect, friendliness, and effective communication are essential to ensure excellent service to our consultants. **Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized support to consultants, including post-sales assistance and follow-up. * Deliver empathetic and welcoming customer service via WhatsApp, resolving inquiries promptly and efficiently. * Carefully inspect products and processes, ensuring quality through attention to detail. * Support daily administrative and operational tasks. * Act proactively and collaboratively to help structure and grow the office. **Requirements:** * Must be at least 18 years old. * Completed high school education. * Must reside in Indaiatuba/SP. * Prior experience in customer service is a plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team and in a dynamic environment. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * Agility and proactivity. **Behavioral Skills:** We seek an individual who understands the importance of organization, punctuality, responsibility, and commitment in the workplace.
