We are expanding our operations in Brazil and are looking for coordinators with the capacity to select, train, and monitor teams of operators across the various campaigns developed through the platform. **About the opportunity** The Coordinator will be responsible for building and monitoring their team of remote operators. The role begins with identifying and selecting the most suitable professionals for each operation and continues with training, onboarding, task distribution, and daily team monitoring during campaigns. The coordinator will be the main point of contact between the operators and AxeranHub management, ensuring that each campaign has a prepared, organized, and results-oriented team. **Main responsibilities** * Promote opportunities and identify potential operators; * Analyze applications and participate in the selection of professionals; * Conduct interviews and initial assessments; * Select the most suitable operators for each campaign; * Create and organize work teams; * Present AxeranHub, the tools, and operational procedures; * Train operators before the start of each campaign; * Explain the objectives, arguments, processes, and indicators of each operation; * Ensure that operators correctly understand the assigned tasks; * Distribute activities and monitor daily execution; * Support the onboarding of new members; * Clarify doubts and provide operational support to the team; * Monitor productivity, quality, and goal achievement; * Conduct follow-up and alignment meetings; * Identify difficulties, training needs, and opportunities for improvement; * Provide individual and collective feedback to operators; * Reorganize or reinforce teams as necessary; * Monitor different campaigns simultaneously; * Communicate results, incidents, and needs to AxeranHub management; * Ensure the correct recording of activities on the platform. **Requirements** * Experience in recruitment, selection, or onboarding of professionals; * Ability to lead teams remotely; * Communication skills and ability to transmit knowledge; * Organizational, planning, and monitoring capabilities; * Responsible, autonomous, and results-oriented profile; * Proficiency in using platforms and digital tools; * Ability to monitor productivity and quality indicators; * Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese; * Own computer and stable internet connection; * Availability to participate in virtual meetings; * Ability to issue invoices as a Legal Entity (Pessoa Jurídica). **Differentiators** * Experience with sales or customer service teams; * Experience in contact centers, sales, prospecting, or remote operations; * Experience in conducting interviews; * Experience in preparing and delivering training; * Knowledge of CRM and team management tools; * Experience with campaigns from different sectors; Profile we are looking for We are looking for people with the capacity to identify talent, train professionals, and transform a group of operators into an organized and productive team.
