THIS IS A HIGHLY SPECIFIC AND SELECTIVE DEPARTMENT Responsibilities: * Monitor public and private procurement portals. * Identify and analyze pharmaceutical and hospital product tender notices. * Organize required documentation for participation in tenders. * Prepare commercial proposals and register processes in the system. * Track deadlines, appeals, challenges, and results. * Contact suppliers and distributors to compile pricing information. * Support cost formation and competitiveness analysis. * Update company certificates, documents, and regulatory registrations. * Maintain CRM and internal tender tracking systems. * Support the commercial team and department managers. Requirements: * Experience with pharmaceutical, hospital, or distribution sector tenders. * Familiarity with portals such as BEC, Licitações\-e, and similar platforms. * Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory documentation. * Proficiency in Excel and ERP/CRM systems. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication ability. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working at a pharmaceutical distributor. * Knowledge of electronic auctions (pregão eletrônico). * Experience handling high-cost and hospital medications.
