Occupational Safety Technician - EXCLUSIVELY FOR PCD

Description

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the control of the company's PCMSO program; conducting inspections of the company's facilities to ensure compliance with occupational hygiene and safety standards; assisting in risk analysis activities within the company, suggesting measures to neutralize or reduce existing risks; investigating and analyzing near-miss incidents, proposing preventive measures; controlling the use of safety equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), and collective protective equipment (CPE); suggesting new personal and collective protective equipment; completing reports and documentation relevant to your area of responsibility; assisting in coordinating the activities of CIPA members; assisting in coordinating safety awareness programs and campaigns, including SIPAT; assisting in the formation and training of the Fire Brigade team; training and integrating new employees, raising their awareness regarding safety and the proper use of PPE; assisting in coordinating audiometric examinations while maintaining records jointly with the occupational physician; controlling safety and fire-fighting equipment, guiding their proper use; performing tasks in accordance with the company's General Safety Standards and Instructions; ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety at your workplace by applying the 5S program principles; complying with department-established standards and ensuring their application during task execution; adhering to the company's quality policy, objectives, guidelines, goals, and ISO standard requirements; pursuing continuous development by participating in training offered by the company or external institutions, aiming to improve processes and professional performance. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree or technical qualification in Occupational Safety. One year of experience in this role. **Location:** Industrial district.
