Job Summary: Coca-Cola FEMSA is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator to coordinate production line operations, ensuring safe processes and adherence to the production schedule. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking internal candidates for the position of Manufacturing Coordinator in Marília / SP. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for coordinating, delegating tasks, and providing resources to teams and overall line operations to ensure safe processes that achieve the production schedule, thereby fostering an environment conducive to accomplishing/achieving critical success factors, grounded in the culture of safety, quality, volume, and cost. **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. (Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA) Experience: Experience in production lines (preferably beverages, food, or fast-moving consumer goods); management of operational teams and team leadership; experience with performance indicators (KPIs) and productivity targets. Languages: Intermediate English proficiency preferred, mainly for communication with foreign suppliers. **Technical Knowledge:** * Food safety; * Lean Manufacturing methodologies; * Management model; * Six Sigma; * Manufacturing processes – production, packaging, and quality control; * Performance indicator management (KPIs) – OEE, waste, productivity; * Advanced Office Suite; * SAP – production control and data management; * Safety and Quality standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000\).
