Identify potential malfunctions and maintenance requirements. 4. Monitor the machine maintenance process. 5. Clean machines under your responsibility. 6. Perform cleaning in indoor and outdoor areas using small- and medium-sized sweepers and/or ride-on scrubbers. 7. Perform cleaning in areas inaccessible to sweepers and/or ride-on scrubbers, using manual tools. 8. Collect waste materials. 9. Exercise heightened attention during movement to prevent damage to clients’ and third parties’ property. 10. Organize the work environment, materials, and equipment after task completion and at the end of the work shift. 11. Report any irregularities identified in the workplace to immediate supervisors. 12. Maintain machines under your responsibility in good working condition to ensure service delivery. 13. Observe traffic rules applicable to manned equipment, especially regarding pedestrian movement and safety regulations within the facility. 14.
