Collaboration with organizational culture and engagement initiatives ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Support internal and external recruitment and selection processes (client projects) Participate in the design of development, training, and performance evaluation programs Collaborate with organizational culture, engagement, and internal communication initiatives Conduct surveys and analyses of data related to climate, turnover, performance, and other HR indicators Support leadership in executing people management actions and organizational rituals Contribute to strategic projects focused on organizational transformation and excellence Participate in mentorships, learning paths, and trainee program challenges ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate program in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related fields. Interest in strategic people management; prior experience in human resources is preferred.
