Human Resources Manager

Description

**Main responsibilities:** * Manage and lead the HR team and supporting areas, including Reception, Security, and Cleaning; * Provide strategic support to leaders, executive management, and managers in HR processes; * Identify business needs and align them with HR practices and policies; * Conduct scenario analysis, identify opportunities, and develop action plans aligned with organizational culture; * Support internal communication, organizational climate, and HR programs; * Plan and monitor workforce movements, including hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations; * Coordinate recruitment and selection for strategic and operational positions; * Develop performance indicators and tools for the HR area; * Responsible for planning and monitoring the HR department budget; **Personnel Administration and Labor Routine:** * Full payroll management (CLT and PJ); * Payroll entries, calculations, and reconciliations; * Time tracking control, banked hours, and overtime; * Hiring, vacation, and termination processes; * Contract administration; * Full benefits administration (medical, dental, meal, pharmacy network, among others); * Occupational health examination (ASO) follow-up; * Calculation and payment of social charges (eSocial FGTS, DCTFWEB); * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and regulatory standards; * Participate in union meetings and collective bargaining agreements; * Monthly reconciliation of events submitted to eSocial; * Knowledge of labor processes (eSocial, labor module); * Actively participate in maintaining the Vansil Management System; * Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), 5S principles, and ensure all employees comply; * Apply leadership concepts appropriate to your level. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. **Preferred qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in HR; * Knowledge of ISO standards; * Experience with indicator-based and performance metric-driven management; * Experience in strategic corporate and industrial environments. **Location requirement:** Reside in Descalvado - SP or surrounding region.
