Support onboarding and integration activities for new employees We are looking for an HR professional with solid experience in recruitment and selection to operate both strategically and operationally in our talent attraction and selection processes. \*Responsibilities:\* \* Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for various levels and departments; \* Align candidate profiles with hiring managers; \* Post job openings across recruitment channels and screen resumes; \* Conduct competency-based interviews, group dynamics, and administer assessments when required; \* Prepare evaluation reports and support managers in decision-making; \* Perform executive search and market mapping for strategic positions; \* Monitor departmental metrics and propose improvements to selection processes; \* Support onboarding and integration activities for new employees. \*Requirements:\* \* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; \* Extensive and proven experience in recruitment and selection; \* Experience handling operational, administrative, and strategic roles; \* Knowledge of competency-based interviews and selection techniques; \* Proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills and strategic vision.
