





**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support the recruitment and selection process for technology roles (development, data, infrastructure, and others). Screen resumes, align candidate profiles with job requirements, and schedule interviews. Create and publish job postings on specialized platforms, social media, and technology communities. Maintain active communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the selection process. Participate in initial interviews and support the evaluation of both soft and hard skills. Update and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring organized candidate information. Prepare simple reports tracking open positions and recruitment metrics. **REQUIREMENTS:** Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields (currently pursuing is acceptable). Interest in recruiting technology professionals and familiarity with the IT market. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse candidate profiles. Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain efficiency in selection processes.
