Work in the Machinery Division, supervising and controlling the execution of activities, action plans, and processes established by coordination or management levels; overseeing, monitoring, and controlling teams and activities related to predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance; developing and monitoring implementation of the preventive maintenance schedule; recording occurrences of preventive, corrective, modification, and construction maintenance; supervising the execution of maintenance, construction, and modification activities, identifying improvement opportunities, and performing other related and inherent duties.
**Job Description**
Supervise preventive and predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of industrial, commercial, and residential machinery and equipment; establish maintenance quality indicators; coordinate construction of equipment for production lines of machinery and equipment; prepare technical documentation; manage human and financial resources; and comply with safety standards.
Supervise technical tasks related to the design, production, and enhancement of installations, machines, motors, and other equipment.
Plan and supervise corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure equipment remains in optimal operating condition.
Maintain appropriate conditions for various equipment at the workplace, performing preventive and corrective maintenance through activities such as supervision and installation of systems (electrical, hydraulic, etc.).
Program machine operation, and plan and supervise installation services involving construction of machinery and equipment.
Adapt electro-hydraulic-pneumatic layouts and installations to enhance and improve equipment capacity and productivity.
Schedule machine shutdowns for preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize non-productive equipment time.
Plan services related to minor installations, maintenance, or improvements to factory and/or office premises.
Develop work procedures for corrective and preventive maintenance, making necessary modifications and adaptations.
Develop projects for devices for machinery and equipment, and electrical automation projects for the factory and power distribution.
Select and contract third-party services for equipment repairs, based on technical evaluation, market research, and cost-benefit analysis.
Research and register new maintenance materials for inclusion in inventory and procurement systems; supervise receipt and inspection of maintenance materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
**Candidate Requirements**
High School Diploma + Completed Technical Course.
Preferred: Over 5 years of experience in this field or a similar role.
