Job Summary: An HR professional to handle recruitment, selection, training, employee development, climate management, and talent retention. Key Highlights: 1. Work guided by HR consulting **HR ASSISTANT** Schedule: Monday to Friday, either from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. or from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Salary: To be negotiated (between R$ 2.800,00 and R$ 3.500,00) Education: Completed or nearing completion of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related fields. **Prior experience in this role required.** Responsibilities: Recruitment and selection (posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews), delivering onboarding training, monitoring probationary periods, providing feedback, implementing training and employee development programs, managing organizational climate, collaborating with managers on talent retention, addressing employee requests, and other duties inherent to the position. All responsibilities will be carried out under the guidance and supervision of an HR consulting firm. Required Knowledge: Intermediate Excel skills, familiarity with standard HR processes. Competencies: Resilience, organization, teamwork, communication, analytical ability, interpersonal skills.
